COONAWARRA TOURNAMENT
The COONAWARRA TOURNAMENT recently held was well attended by all and we congratulate last years winners, Arwed, George and Alexi on their Third Place this year and to all the other teams who despite some really rough draws performed well. A good time was had by all who attended if not on the piste certainly off it, the weather was kind to us and the ambience was great. Congratulations to Mal, AJ, Guy Mark, Gail and the rest of the Coonawarra Troops on a well organised event.
 SAFM FAMILY FESTIVAL
Some of you may have heard Clubs are looking for volunteers to man a petanque display at the Family Festival being held in the Jubilee Hall – Wayville Showgrounds from the 9-10th March.
Sat AM FAB 9.00 am til 2.00pm.
Sat Arvo PNP/Adelaide Hills 2.00pm til 8.00pm.
Sun AM Prospect. 9.00am til 2.00pm
Sun PM ESP 2.00pm til 8.00pm
Mon AM Gawler 9.00am til noon
Mon PM CPA Noon til Close
It will be a perfect opportunity to showcase our sport, so please try to assist where possible and advise your clubs coordinator.
END OF SEASON DINNER
All Clubs will be putting their heads together soon to organise an end of season dinner. Tentative date will be the 20th July. Please let Tina know if you and your partner are interested in attending so we can asses the viability of the function.
TWILIGHT EVENT
Check the Prospect website or speak to a member for details on their innovative Wednesday night melees held on the first Wednesday of every month and the Twilight Event being held on SATURDAY 19th January.
